Greencube Terminal by @CarstenGrn1 Carsten Grøn / OZ9AAR is a packet terminal software for the Greencube IO-117 satellite. This software adds a couple of interesting features compared to the original terminal by Andy, UZ7HO.

Some of the feature are:

Logging to several logging software
Local ADIF search of worked stations
Integrated tracking of your own station and all active stations on the satellite
A smart way of list stations who are calling you
And many others

I highly recommend this software for working IO-117. It is updated often and full info can be found at this page.

GreenCube Observer by @M0SKN_SA5IKN is a fun map tool to present stations/callsigns digipeated via GreenCube IO-117 satellite. It collects data from the SatNOGS network and plots positions on map.

The latest version also takes data from roving stations that has entered QRV information at hams.at

According to Max SA5IKN the software is written by ChatGPT after detailed instructions from Max.

With RHCP tracking yagis

This time a did a simultaneously RX with tracking Yagi with RCHP polarisation and my SatNOGS station with a disconne antenna.

The SatNOGS station with the disconne performance very good with 80 frames received. Compared with my station with RHCP Yagis, Airspy Mini, SDR-Console v3, Nayif-1 software = 103 frames received.

@du_ba1 has via Twitter posted that CAS-10/HO-119 (XW-4) satellite has decayed to an orbital apogee of 236 km and perigee of 212 km, is at a very low altitude and is expected to enter the atmosphere very soon.

Den 27 april arrangerar KTH Space Center en eftermiddag med fokus på rymdindustrin, framförallt de unga uppstartbolagen. Inledningstalare är Christer Fuglesang.

– Syftet är att visa upp och stärka det svenska rymdinnovationsekosystemet kring KTH Rymdcenter med fokus på rymdstartups. Vi har ett bra program med många nyckelpersoner och företag på plats, skriver Marco Goertz till Elektroniktidningen.

Han är vd på Visit Kista och en av arrangörerna av halvdagen den 27 april med start 13:00.

KTH, Sting, Isaac, Reorbit, IR-Nova, Things, Electrumlabbet, OHB, Rymdkapital, Aesir och Mist är några av de organisationer och bolag som är på plats för att berätta om sin verksamhet och nätverka.

För den som inte har möjlighet att delta på plats finns möjlighet att se presentationerna via Zoom.
