Keeping track of all satellites transmitting on ham radio frequencies can be hard and time consuming. The SatNOGS observations is a very good source to see the current active satellites.
No you get a list with current active satellite(s) with correct frequency and data mode. Of course this will not cover all satellites but all the popular sats are always present at SatNOGS.

Active downlink almost all pass.

With RX leaders message. 9k6 FSK at 436.990 MHz.

First #amicalsat telemetry was received 2020-09-04. It is using NFM on 436.100 MHz sending standard 1200 AX.25 packet. Signal is strong and can be received with tracking UHF Yagis.
Special telemetry online decoded can be downloaded from:
https://code.electrolab.fr/xtof/josast/-/blob/master/ApplicationAmicalsat/src/site/markdown/UserManual.md
Read the instructions, it is easy to get going. You can use Soundmodem as AX.25 decoder.
I noticed that my telemetry frames was presented on SatNogs dB. See this very nice database dashboard:

19k2 FSK telemetry at 437.220 MHz. Antenna is tracking LFA X-Yagi with vertical polarization only.
