On Twitter we can read about multiple reports that NA1SS is using the crossband repeater for FM QSOs.

I've seen multiple reports that NA1SS is using the crossband repeater freqs to make ground contacts BUT the repeater itself is OFF, so you will only hear NA1SS. Crossband simplex/split.
